I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Plaza Badr Al Maqam and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience it provided. the air conditioning in the room was impeccable, maintaining a perfect temperature throughout my stay, which is crucial especially during the hot climate of Saudi Arabia. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, exceeding my expectations for a hotel in this category. Finally, the technical issues were non-existent, with everything in the room functioning flawlessly, showcasing the attention to detail and maintenance by the hotel staff. the location of the hotel was truly outstanding, being just a few steps away from the Prophet's Mosque, making it extremely convenient for prayers and visits. the staff, as many have noted, were not only friendly and accommodating but also went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the check-in process was smooth and quick, thanks to the courteous reception staff who made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Grand Plaza Badr Al Maqam exceeded all my expectations in terms of technical amenities, location, and customer service.
